The Role

Our Reservationist plays a vital role within the exclusive reservations team nurturing the enviable task of being the gateway access to all Member and Guest reservations at NeueHouse Reunion Restaurant's; Hollywood and Venice Beach Los Angeles. Reporting into the Reservations Manager and NeueHouse Hollywood General Manager, the role oversees all aspects of the reservations operating systems, training and support of co-workers, updating and communication of the reservations programs, whilst always instilling service excellence. Our Reservationist represents our NeueHouse properties across Los Angeles with gracious hospitality and generosity in every interaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years acting as Reservationist or similar role in luxury hospitality, food + beverage environments.
• Experience working with Resy and 7Rooms reservation platforms, in highly visible entertainment entities.
• The capacity to work within an ever-changing environment, with the willingness to support in other areas as required to maintain the integrity of the NeueHouse Restaurant's and Wyman Bar operations.
• An advocate and ambassador of service excellence that understands the critical role that exceeding and maintaining guest expectations plays in the success of building ongoing member and guest, satisfaction, retention and rapport.
• Create an excellent work environment, the ability to work alongside a diverse group of humans from various experiences, countries, and cultures together centered upon teamwork and mutual respect.
• Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
• Excellent email and phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to listen, communicate, and make connections.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage.
• Proficient typing skills.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $23.00 an hour.
