ALMA Strategies is a facilities and capital program planning services firm specializing in the educational market sector (California Community Colleges and K-12).

This is an entry level professional position to provide research and data analysis support to the firm's senior consultants. We are a small firm in a specialized field with no formal training program. We are looking for highly motivated self starters with the ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment. Strong written, verbal, and mathematical skills necessary. Interact with school district clients, write correspondences, analyze findings using excel based calculations, complete research, and produce reports based on research. Travel within the state of California required. Bachelors degree required. Experience with any of the following: financial, demographic, GIS Systems, and/or Adobe Suite software preferred. Opportunity for advancement.

Any experience with In Design or any Graphic Design Software is a plus.

Master's Degree preferred.

Position in Sacramento, remote work is temporary, and will eventually return to in office.
