Description of responsibilities:
- Answering inbound current clients while sitting at a desk for an 8-hour shift
- Transferring calls to appropriate department when needed
- Adding notes into the client files when needed
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Work hours: 8am - 5pm EST (with one hour for lunch daily)
Required experience:
- Have a minimum of one year of office experience.
- Prior experience answering and transferring telephone calls.
Required skills:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM (must pass a typing test)
- Must have attention to detail
- Demonstrate a desire to help people
- Must have solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to sit for a long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be proficient in the use of today's technology including Microsoft Office Suite
- Have an interest in long-term employment
