As a Relationship Manager I within PNC's Business Credit organization, you will be based within the bank's footprint.

Job Description
Handles relationship management activities with existing clients to ensure client retention, risk management and revenue growth. Typically works with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs. Generally works with higher degree of supervision.
With significant oversight and direction, handles the origination, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services. Prepares approval documents to identify risks and mitigants, analyze credit, collateral strength, and financial worthiness of loan/transaction parties with guidance from others. Works with manager to effectively manage risk/return and drive quality for existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
With direction, expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Focuses on client retention strategies by working with their manager to provide ideas and insights based on a growing understanding of the client's needs and financial well-being. Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty.
Begins to build an effective network of internal and external, such as community and industry, relationships to enhance the client experience. Focuses on bringing entire bank to the client by working to learn, understand, and present the full range of PNC's products and services.
With significant oversight and direction as applicable, negotiates workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses. Works with internal and external business partners and borrowers to better secure collateral coverage.

Financial Engineering – Knowledge of and ability to utilize the tools, techniques, and practices for creating a mix of financial instruments that will leverage a client's financial resources to an acceptable level of risk.
Regulatory Environment - Financial Services – Knowledge of and ability to help an organization adapt to applicable federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations, policies, and guidelines affecting business practices.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary : $55,000 - $127,400
Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:
Individual salary may vary by geographic location / market data
Lower in range – Building skills and experience in the job
Mid-range – Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range – Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
