Edwards Federal Credit Union, a $260+ million asset financial institution serving the entire Antelope Valley is seeking an extraordinary Relationship Advisor I to join the Edwards Federal Credit Union Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of online banking by having the ability to trouble shoot and reset passwords. Assist members through the log-in page and answer bill pay questions.
• Coordinate and act as a liaison between member, bill pay platform and online banking platform.
• Demonstrate knowledge of plastic card programs such as ordering, blocking, activating, pin numbers, etc.
• Receive and examine checks for negotiability within assigned approval limits and obtain approvals as required per policy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of terms, conditions, and requirements for the following account types - individual, joint, organizational, business, trust, and rep payee accounts.
• Provide the Edwards Experience to both internal and external members by asking high impact questions to determine member needs and refer products and services based on perceived and unperceived needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all member transaction processes to include completion of new member and loan applications.
• Perform other assignments.

Reporting directly to the AVP of Palmdale Branch we are excited to fill this position as quickly as possible.

Compensation will be based on experience; and the pay is non-FLSA.

Must be a self-starter, training will be provided.
