Responsibilities and Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Uphold the nursing practices and standards of care
• Respond appropriately to emergencies
• Educate patients and families about their healthcare

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active RN license in the state of Washington
• 2+ years of experience in ICU (Intensive Care Unit) or critical care setting
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of electronic medical records
