YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The primary responsibilities of this role, Regional Process Engineer Sr, are to:


  • Participate as a project team member for large process improvement projects;
  • Lead Opportunity Assessment phase of onePSS implementation;
  • Key process SME for muiti site initiatives and projects;
  • Provide ongoing key process and operational support throughout the production season;
  • Monitor, trend and identify process improvement opportunities;
  • Lead site VSM effort and provide ongoing A3 and data analysis support;
  • Partner with site, Automation, IT and Global Engineering team to ensure successful deployment of new technology and processes;
  • Influencer with site leadership team to develop long term capital plans based on constraints and equipment condition;
  • Lead crop level NA Virtual Plant Network;
  • Mentor other Regional Engineers;
  • Collaborate with other Process Engineers to ensure strong network and alignment between sites;
  • Participate in global Optimization Task Force (OTF) projects.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree;
  • Degree disciplines: Agricultural Engineering, Ag Mechanization, Mechanical Engineering or comparable Agricultural Technology or Engineering degree;
  • 6 years of manufacturing experience;
  • Good Analytical and problem solving (decision making) skills;
  • Collaborative team player capable of working well with people across all hierarchies internally and externally, including leadership;
  • Good organizational and presentation skills at a leadership level;
  • Good interpersonal skills such as communication, listening, verbal and assertiveness with ability to influence;
  • Results driven with ability to manage ambiguity.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Masters Degree
