Our organization is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to work closely with our executive team and oversee a group of Early Childhood Education centers in the Philadelphia Area. The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly motivated professional with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. They will focus on supporting school Directors in achieving success in building enrollment, managing expenses, overall financial management, customer satisfaction, and sales strategies. They will guide the development of the Directors and challenge them to grow and enhance their abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Directors.
• Motivate your workers.
• Manage the operations of several schools simultaneously.
• Oversee the daily operations of an entire region.
• Develop effective business strategies.
• Plan, develop and implement an overall plan of action for your region.
• Inform others of their responsibilities in order to complete a project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
