Up to $20/hr* - based on leadership experience, availability & flexibility for the job.

We are looking for Regional Customer Support Lead for our Chanhassen, Excelsior & Minnetonka stores (Mid-Day & Weekend Shifts, Leadership Support, Customer Service, Floating store support). Strong communication & organization skills are required. Previous experience managing people and/or scheduling is a huge plus! Training period of 3-4 weeks required to master the nuances of each store.**

This person will likely float between nearby stores in Excelsior, Eden Prairie and Minnetonka (all within 5 mile radius) based on store volume and business need. Competitive starting pay with ample opportunity for increased responsibility, promotion & pay increase.

Job Responsibilities:

- Master the Tide Cleaners customer experience process & be a role model for our staff

- Scheduling and call in support for our stores

- Assist customers picking up & dropping off their clothes throughout the day

- Communicate customer special requests to the operations / production manager

- Daily upkeep and cleaning of the stores throughout the day

Tide Cleaners Customer Service shift leaders are focused on the customer service experience, interacting with customers picking up & dropping off their clothes. Your #1 priority will be ensuring a friendly, positive customer service experience for our Tide Cleaners’ clientele.
