We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us identify and hire the best talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding the right people for the right job, a strong understanding of the recruiting process, and excellent communication skills. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating potential candidates, as well as managing the onboarding process. Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and track progress of recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks on potential candidates.
• Develop job postings and job descriptions.
• Work with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
