Our Bell & Evans Human Resources team is seeking a recruiting professional who will lead talent acquisition objectives and strategy through partnership with the leadership team.

• Establish recruiting requirements aligned with organizational plans and objectives. Meet with leaders to determine needs and strategy.
• Build applicant pipeline through community partnerships, colleges and universities, employment agencies, recruiters, online portals, and social media. Maintain strong connections in representing the organization.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external recruiting events.
• Manage the internal transfer process for Team Member opportunities and career progression.
• Evaluate applicants and maintain positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with the organization for recruiting and retention strategies, including recommendations for policies and programs, compensation packages, and benefits and perks.

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma or equivalent. Preference for some post-secondary education in a related field.
• Prior experience with human resources, talent management, or talent acquisition preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive responsibility in Human Resources, Operations, Customer Service, or similar functions required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
