Deze vaste baan is ontzettend flexibel. Daarbij is het mogelijk om deels op kantoor of grotendeels remote te werken. Dit doen we in goed overleg, zodat de werktijden aansluiten bij uw persoonlijke wensen.
Je werkt inhouse bij een van onze klanten. Onze klanten lopen uiteen van Pharma, Tech tot Fashion.
De baan
Als Recruiter bij Korn Ferry bent u verantwoordelijk voor het gehele recruitmentproces van A tot Z. Dat maakt het werk dan ook zo interessant: u heeft regelmatig contact met collega´s en Hiring Managers, u schrijft de jobteksten en u bedenkt zelf een wervingsstrategie. Vervolgens gaat u aan de slag met het selecteren en proactief werven van nieuwe collega´s. En heeft u een succesvolle werving gedaan, dan sluit u die natuurlijk af met een mooi afsluitend arbeidsvoorwaardengesprek.
Profiel
