We are looking for a professional and reliable person to be our receptionist.

Job duties include

• Greeting customers and checking them in to the system.
• Listening to the customers concern or service request.
• Create work orders and present it to the technician.
• Communicate with the technicians to provide the customer with recommendations.
• Provide quotes to the customer and present financing options if needed.
• Answer phone calls and direct as needed.
• Handle aftermarket warranty companies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

We would like candidates to have a basic understanding of cars or be willing to learn.

It is preferred to have experience in the automotive industry but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
