Position Summary

Overview:


The Receiving Clerk’s responsibilities include entering data in our databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills with an eye for detail.

More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following:

  • Inserting customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within a timely manner
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities
  • Generating reports and storing completed work in designated locations
  • Scanning documents and printing files, when needed

Requirements

Position requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 4 years work experience, including at least 1 year clerical or similar administrative experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Prior experience using TCM or another MRP system is preferred. Must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
