CENTURY 21 Premier, one of the leading real estate agencies in Nashville area, is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent with CENTURY 21 Premier, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and properties, providing exceptional service and expertise to buyers and sellers alike.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in the purchase and sale of residential properties in the Nashville and Middle TN area
• Provide guidance and expertise throughout the entire real estate transaction process
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and best practices
• List and sell homes.
• Consult with clients about the feasibility of buying or selling a home.
• Provide advice about buying or selling real estate to homeowners, sellers and buyers.

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee Real Estate License or be willing to get one
• The ability to devote your time to growing your real estate business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of the Nashville real estate market and surrounding areas
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Good negotiation skills
