The Ethos Group IT Department designs, maintains and supports custom web and PC‐based applications used by our clients, sales representatives and internal operations.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, software developers, QA testers, and business personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Development of test cases/scripts.
- Manual and automated test case execution.
- Document and validate results to ensure software meets or exceeds quality standards and business requirements.
- Coordinate with users to plan user acceptance testing and provide training on new applications and application changes to business users.
Skills and Experience:
- Must be highly motivated and organized to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, written, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer service/team‐oriented focus and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of QA processes and concepts, including test case preparation and testing methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with test management and test automation tools is preferred.
- Experience with SQL a plus
- An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field is required.
