The QC Chemist II will ensure accurate, reproducible, and timely QC testing in directly supporting in process manufacturing, release testing, and stability studies. Method development and validation activities encompassed as well. They will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in methods improvements within the laboratory
• Identify and report OOT and OOS results as testing is in progress
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and method failures
• Perform testing on in-process product, final product, and raw materials for routine testing, validation testing, and stability testing
• Communicate results through appropriate documentation and batch records, statistical analysis and trending

This position could be a great fit for you If you have a high attention detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced laboratory along with the following:

• BS in Chemistry or related life science
• 2-5 years' experience in GMP lab applications
• Hands on experience with one or more of the following: HPLC, GC, light scattering, rheology or wet chemistry
• In-depth knowledge of current technology and methodology
• Waters® software experience are preferred
