Job description
Main Purpose
The QA/QC Field Operations Manager performs quality assurance analysis, defines, and implements quality assurance service practices and procedures, tracks quality metrics, helps set delivery date expectations, drives implementation plan-up of onsite programs, works with key project team members to ensure quality TS service is delivered to the business, and ensures compliance with development and QA procedures.

Key job responsibilities
- Ensures H&S is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Develop service and program continuity within TS service lines of business and within services groups (i.e. change orders, KPIs, Business Reviews, etc)
- Continuously improve service capabilities and performance guided by industry standard best practices, regulatory compliance, policies, and procedures
- Work with service teams, managers, end users, business analysts, and development teams to review service, business, and contractual requirements
- Develop, track, and distribute metrics for monitoring quality of service, practices, policies, and procedures
- Review TS large bid opportunities for risks and liabilities related to performance bond requirements and liquidated damages.
- Establish and maintain effective communications within and between service teams
- Lead, motivate, develop and mentor TS Chemists, TS Program Managers, and co-workers.
- Engage directly with Customers on service quality, needs, and improvements.
The person
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Science related or Environmental
- Five or more years of experience in the Environmental Services industry
- Extensive Knowledge of DOT Regulations and 40 CFR RCRA Regulations
- PMP Certification is preferred
- CHMM Certification is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
- Experience with Formstack (or equivalent Form Builder) and Power BI
- SAP experience is required
- Root Cause Analysis
- Experience with KPI / Performance Metric system
- Technical Writing Skills
