Winfield is looking for a talented and experienced Property Manager in Norman, OK. Our Property Managers supervise and operate the property within fiscal guidelines. You will be responsible for directing and monitoring staff and contracted services, administration, improvement, maintenance and general operations of residential properties. You will assist with determining rental rates, maintain rentals with marketing strategies and negotiating to fill vacancies. This position reports to a Regional Director. Salary plus commissions.
