Job description

We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned property's requirements
• Inspect and arrange maintenance requests to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Renew lease contracts with tenants in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Collect rent due and oversee any collection of balances owed.

• Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
• Must be punctual, self-motivated, and have the ability to resolve conflicting issues
• Must be willing to work a part of a team

Skills

• Proven work experience as property manager
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Customer focus and bottom line orientation
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Accomplished interpersonal skills; capable of dealing effectively with residents, vendors, and co-workers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
