Our company is seeking a decisive, detail oriented, dedicated Project Architect to manage multiple projects throughout the various phases of development, while overseeing a team of talented professionals. The ideal candidate for this position has strong leadership and organizational skills with a solid background in residential architecture (minimum 4 years’ experience). AutoCAD proficiency is a must!

Required Education & Certifications:

  • BA Architecture or similar field (Construction Management or Design) REQUIRED!

Duties and Responsibilities for Project Architect/Manager:

  • Lead and develop custom residential projects from concept through design development.
  • Manage multiple projects, maintain project hours, and job schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in client meetings, maintain job specific inventories and positive client relationships.
  • Oversee a team of designers/drafters and coordinate with external professionals as needed.
  • Design within neighborhood specific ARC guidelines as well as site specific building and zoning laws.
  • Work within AutoCAD to create new CD's and check/modify existing CD's and elevations for accuracy.
  • Redline CD plan changes and inconsistencies to be modified by team members.
  • Help complete CD's when needed.

Required Skills for all Employee's:

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD
  • Be familiar with and possess practical knowledge of residential construction documents and details.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Capacity to work within different companies’ standards and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to visualize how elements fit together in 3D when working with 2D drawings.
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and mathematical concepts.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to take direction and ask for help when needed.
  • Poses a positive attitude and play nice with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
