Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic and Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) are teaming together to provide systems engineering, software engineering, logistics, technical, and management support services to multiple program sponsors for 50+ Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) systems.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists the Tactical Data Link (TDL) Project Lead in multiple areas of Project Management
• Works with all functional areas, and their leads, to complete Monthly Status Reports, organizational chart updates, and maintain regular project schedule updates (in MS Project)
• Assists in meeting management and other ad hoc tasking as required by the Project Lead

• SECRET Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related discipline
• 2-4 years' experience with Programmatic Support within the DoD to include:
  
  • Development/maintenance of complex Project Schedules in Microsoft Project
    
  • Maintain IM Schedule
    
  • Support development of procurement and contract actions
    
  • Attend weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly programmatic meetings
    
  • Development of Monthly Status Reports

• Master's in Business, Project Management, or related discipline
• 5 years' experience with Programmatic Support within the DoD to include:
  • Development/maintenance of complex Project Schedules in Microsoft Project
    
  • Development of Cost Schedules
    
  • Development of Monthly Status Reports
• Experience working with NIWC LANT projects
• Familiarity with Tactical Data Link platforms to include MDLMS, LINK16, or LMMT
• Experience working with multiple functional areas in a fast paced environment
