Project Environmental Engineer/Geologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project-Level Environmental Engineer/Geologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental site assessment and remediation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully conducting and managing projects from initial assessment and characterization through remediation and closure. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
• Prepare work plans for environmental sampling for soil, groundwater, and soil gas
• Perform soil and groundwater sampling and analysis
• Oversee drilling and soil borings
• Prepare technical reports, and proposals
• Develop and implement remediation plans for contaminated sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related fields
• PE license in Civil Engineering is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or related fields
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and guidelines
• Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, and other environmental software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
