Spectra CSI, a Commercial Painting Contractor is looking for capable, detail and process oriented, project support engineer to oversee the execution of projects technical aspects from a painting sub-contractor point of view.

This is a great position for candidates who enjoy managing and completing projects, interacting with multiple stakeholders, and coordinating activity. Our fast paced environment requires focus and ability to execute a series of tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor College Degree in Technical Fields (i.e. math, engineering, etc.)
• Full Command of English Language
• Past administrative, project management, or supervisory work experience (1 to 3 years)
• Technical aptitude and demonstrable preference for detailed work
• Demonstrate stable prior employment & strong work ethic
• Ability to work under needed timelines
• (Prior Construction Engineering/Planning Experience is a plus)

Job Details:

• Organization of project material
• Coordination between clients, suppliers, employees
• Oversee and manage job progress
• Reading Architectural Plans and Takeoffs
• Familiarity with Takeoff Software
• Report preparation & analysis
• Interacting with Field Staff
• Other related tasks

This position offers both the responsibility and the ability to grow into project management fields of construction, as well as development of great administrative, collaborative, and technical skills. Candidates with a drive to succeed are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
