The expected starting pay range for this role is $71,000 USD - $97,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. JOB PURPOSE
Provide invoice, budget, procurement, and contracting support for various projects across Pattern’s development portfolio.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The key responsibilities will include as a minimum the following:
- Work with Treasury, Procurement, Accounts Payable and BD project leaders to request project-related payment vehicles including but not limited to:
- Deal Code and Special Purpose Entity set-up
- Service Agreement and Task Order Execution and Administration
- Invoices
- Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Change Orders
- Letters of Credit or other types of security
- Vendor Onboarding
- Work with Project Controls Group and BD project leaders to develop, maintain and document budgets and budget requests in a standardized Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Regularly review and analyze historic project spend to identify variances and perform adjustments as necessary.
- Assist in compiling monthly forecasts, tracking committed costs and cost to complete.
- Work with Project Controls Group and BD project leaders in the development, review and assembly of contractual documents and process through to Document Execution.
- Work with Project Controls Group to create and refine SOP’s and training materials for PCG Members as well as the broader company.
- Prepare and submit summary reports for internal and external reporting on a regular basis.
- Participate in RELAY - Work with Project Controls Group and BD project leaders to transition budget, reporting, and contractual obligations associated with projects into the Construction Phase.
- Attend regular project meetings either in person or virtually as approved by management. This will require some travel on a case-by-case basis.
- Continuous learning and development of knowledge and understand of procurement methods, commodities, service categories, general business conditions and the renewable energy industry to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Other special projects as assigned.
- Assist fellow PCG team members with any of the above in order to train and or provide continuity to a project deadline.
- Work with systems analysts to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement in PCG reporting modules.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Educational Experience
Educational Experience
- (2) or (4) year Degree in Business or Administration or
- Minimum of (3-5) years related experience.
Additional Requirements
- Experience navigating complex entity structures and intercompany cost allocations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple issues on multiple projects under demanding schedule constraints.
- Ability to anticipate actions needed in a process in order to accelerate timelines or to avoid negative outcomes.
- Basic understanding of project development to construction processes.
- Experience in renewables or transmission industry is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficient typical computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
- Familiar with PowerBI, OneDrive and SharePoint
