JOB TITLE: Project Administrator

LOCATION: Remote and/or Onsite

STATUS: Full-time, Exempt

DAILY AND WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Tracking and submission of deliverables for assigned project.
  • Notification and tracking of invoices.
  • Assistance with preparation and submission of monthly status reports.
  • Creation and support of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assistance with preparation of customer and vendor correspondence.
  • Scheduling and logistics of internal and external meetings to include the development and maintenance of meeting minutes.
  • Maintaining Risk database and Action Item logs.
  • Coordination of program travel.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned and needed

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AA degree in a related field, with at least (1) one year of relevant experience preferred, or high school degree with (3) three years of relevant experience. A combination of relevant experience, skills, and education may be substituted.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and vendors is required.
  • Experience working with DoD projects preferred.
  • Due to the nature of the work at Carley, this position requires U.S. citizenship.
