ABA Program Supervisor (Temporary to Full-Time)

Esperanza Therapy Services provides behavioral services to children and families impacted with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking individuals that have a desire to make an impact in the life of a child and their family and are available to work in and around the Central Valley (Fresno County, Kings County, Tulare County).

Job Responsibilities

As a Program Supervisor , you will supervisor Behavior Technicians that work with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities (i.e. autism), as well as play an integral role in the behavior programs for our clients.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Write, develop, and manage new behavior programs and treatment goals
• Provide field supervision, ongoing training, and performance feedback to behavior specialists
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
• Monitor data, ongoing program development and write quarterly progress reports
• Coordinate and facilitate monthly team clinic meetings with parents and behavior specialists
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly/monthly parent training's
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving and leadership is a must

***Bilingual Spanish is required***

Job Requirements

• Area: Ability to work in the Central Valley (Fresno County, Kings County, Tulare County).
• Education: Masters Degree in Psychology, Education, or any related field
• Years of experience: 1-2 years experience in developing, implementing, and managing behavior programs. ***Must have 1 year minimum of ABA- Applied Behavior Analysis programming and case management
• Schedule: Full time temporary position that could become permanent
• Background requirements: Complete FBI background check
• Other requirements: Reliable transportation, Valid CA Drivers License and Proof of valid Automobile Insurance, Recent TB screening clearance (within last 30 days)
