We know that one of the keys to our growth is an effective and streamlined learning function. That's why we're seeking a Learning Program Manager to help us manage the daily administrative tasks of the Learning & Enablement team and own the successful implementation of learning projects across the business.

This role will align with our Learning and Enablement Team and maximize the team's potential by supporting the team member learning experience optimized to achieve goals and develop professionally. What you'll do

• Oversee elements of the Learning Programs to minimize time to full production and ensure team members remain aligned with key messages and processes.
  • Onboarding: Ensure new team members are connected to L&E at the beginning of their journey at MNTN, regardless of start date. This includes welcome messaging and guidance of where/when/how to access training, as well as managing the onboarding schedule.
  • Ongoing Training: Own the scheduling of all ongoing training sessions implemented by L&E, coordinating with facilitators and ensuring materials are in place for successful learning.
  • Learning Excellence: Monitor and measure the impact of training and learning across the organization, reporting performance to the wider team to ensure proactive response to any impact issues. Promote a culture of data-driven continuous improvement and recognition.
  • Internal Communications: Support the timely delivery of learning content and training materials by assisting with coordination and communication across business functions as needed. Support learner engagement by drafting and launching comms on email and/or Slack to promote special training opportunities.
• Manage projects that support the L&E function, including:
  • Learning & Enablement Programs: Own the management of L&E special projects, not limited to but including learner and manager surveys, content review, and learning initiatives.
• Strive to support the delivery of A+ Learning content, experiences, and technology focused on MNTN's differentiation and value to customers.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of program manager experience at a fast-growth SaaS/software company at scale.
• Designed, delivered, and managed the adoption of highly innovative learning programs.
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment with an ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with change management approaches.
