Position Details

The Program Director responsible for clinical and operational oversight of the Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) through management of all relevant functions related to ensuring the highest level of fidelity to the DDTT model and mission. Position requires direct supervision of program operations.

• Master's Degree and licensed preferred in social work,psychology,or another human service-related field (LPC, LSW, LCSW, BSL, etc.).
• Unlicensed applicants are eligible for consideration, however unlicensed applicants are required to identify a process to obtain licensure within an agreed amount of time. Must have no less than 4 years of experience in the behavioral health field with at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and or in a mental health setting.

• Possess at least two years of program management experience
• Valid PA Driver's license
• Ability to pass appropriate clearances

Preferred:

• Preferred two years of experience in a mental health setting

• Preferred two years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities

Required:

• Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or another health and human service-related field.
• Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW) or Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Possess at least two years of program management experience
• Experience in the behavioral health and developmental disabilities field for no less than four years.

Preferred:

• Licensed as an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist, Independent Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor, Independent Social Worker, Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor, Professional Clinical Counselor, or Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor
• Experience in the behavioral health field with:
  • Two years in a mental health setting.
  • Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
