Job description

HNV is seeking a full time residential treatment program assistant. Hours are prodominately days and afternoons with very occasional midnight coverage.

• Supervision of clients
• Vital signs
• Assistance with/observation of cooking and cleaning
• Observing and documenting medication
• Documenting in the client file
• Driving clients to community support groups and appointments using HNV transportation
• Providing group supervision
• Other duties as assigned

The successful applicant will have a valid driver's license, acceptable background and driver's checks, ablity and willingness to assist clients in early recovery. This is an excellent position for people in school for human service professions. People with at least 2 years of continuous recovery from an SUD are encouraged to apply. People with Recovery Coach training may be eligable for a higher wage and be able to conduct peer support groups for clients.
