HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Program Analyst, to support program planning and scheduling for our engineering services support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and capable of learning new software tools are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Document, track, and update project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Work closely with project leadership and key stakeholders to understand program milestones, plans and resourcing.
• Perform data entry, take meeting minutes, and provide administrative support.
• Compile and submit contract reporting, data-calls, and administrative functions.
• Develop processes and templates for tracking and reporting.
• Compile, edit, and submit technical reports in accordance with requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives.
• Implement process improvement to streamline reporting across multiple projects and funding lines.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for contract tracking and reporting.

Required:

• Five (5) years of professional experience providing program support including planning and progress reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Preferred:

• BA/BS in Business, Finance or Technical field.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with OnePager Pro.
• Current DoD Security Clearance.
