Program Administrator

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading Fleet Maintenance companies in the U.S. is seeking an experienced Program Administrator to join our growing team! The Program Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and project coordination for a growing service operations team in multiple locations across the U.S.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, highly organized, and proactive administrative professional, with strong collaboration and customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, to influence internal and external partners, and drive process adherence and improvement.

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday: $60-75K

1st Shift: Hybrid (2-3 days on site required) based out of the San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities:

· Provides administrative support to segment leadership, including fleet managers and program manager. May spend time coordinating functional administrative activities which support field teams, account, and contract management.

· Supports project management through the development of work statements, budgets, metrics, schedules, and other required inputs and conducting appropriate reviews.

· Supports preparation, development, coordination, change management, and maintenance of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program requirements

· Develop, collect, organize, and provide updates for activities according to program plans, and schedules

· Identify and provide reports to the project teams on performance variances, project status, and changes

· Serve as a core point of contact for internal and external customers, connects cross-functional teams and engages stakeholders with discretion. Communicate changes and recovery plans to ensure stakeholders are informed

· Develops and implement quality standards, processes, and tools, and can train other team members on new processes

· Monitors billing and invoicing reports, submit invoices for payment, works closely with AP/AR teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions

· Strong Microsoft Excel experience preferred, including ability to manipulate and aggregate multiple spreadsheets and organize data using pivot tables, v-lookups, macros. Ability to organize data and identify and report on trends in both internal and external presentations.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in administration/project coordination/ project management

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel

· Fleet maintenance and DOT industry experience a plus

· Position will be Hybrid on-site (at least 3 days a week) with 25% travel

· Weekend work will be required occasionally according to client demand.
