The Role:

As a Professional Services Consultant, you are tasked with working directly with our Professional Services team members and customers to derive the most value out of Extensiv products. Success in this role will be seen by target customers growing lifetime value, improving customer knowledge bases, and the success of their own business. What You Will Do:

Manage a medium to large portfolio of existing customers at a time, with excellence at:

• Leveraging logistics and warehouse technology experience along with 3PL Warehouse Manager product knowledge, advise assigned customers on best practice approaches to successfully leveraging Extensiv’s Warehouse Manager
• Acting as an extension of the assigned customer's team by setting up Extensiv’s Warehouse Manager for all existing and new customers at scale
• Effectively provide premium product support and configuration for all types of users

• Learning and servicing new software features that are developed and released
• Acting as a customer advocate for product function, quality, and usability
• Creating documentation and training material supporting existing and future product functionality
• Key goals include ensuring customer renewals, increasing customer lifetime value, and improving NPS
• Travel to customer sites for onsite consultation, warehouse launches, and training (expected 25% travel, potential for up to 50% travel)

You Bring/Are:

• 4+ years’ experience managing technical projects and building customer relationships
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and Warehouse Management Systems and/or additional supply chain technology (TMS, IMS, OMS, etc.)
• Independent, self-actuated self-starter with the ability to effectively and successfully manage high-profile accounts
• Process-oriented and obsessively organized

• Ability to work in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment

Extensiv strives to provide competitive market-informed compensation based on a candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $133,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
