Production Operator | Up to $21/hr with Shift Differentials + Sign-On Bonus
Must be able to work a variety of shifts and schedules, Day Shift to Start
Our client, Corteva Agriscience, is looking for reliable team players with great attendance records and adherence to safety to join their team in Algona, IA. This is a full time and long-term temp position to assist with Production needs. Must be flexible and open to working a variety of shifts and schedules – eligible for shift premium - and a Sign-On bonus is paid out to individuals that stay on longer-term! This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door to potentially be hired on directly by Corteva!
Responsibilities:
- Engaged in the processing and packaging of seed corn
- Ensuring quality and conformance with standard operating procedures
- Maintains safety standards
Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Prior forklift experience preferred
- Must be familiar with computer usage
- Must be able to work well with others and follow direction
- Ability to work independently
- Regular and predictable attendance
Benefits & Pay:
- Starting Pay: $18.00/hr + shift differentials of $2 or $3 (Depending on hours worked)
- Paid Every Friday!

- Paid Holidays & PTO (Based on accrued hour requirements)
