We have an immediate career growth opportunity for an early-career Production Control Analyst / Administrator to join our Focal Plane Operations team in Goleta.

You will join our Production Control team and take on responsibilities associated with being a key communication conduit working between Operations Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and the Factory. Responsibilities include:

• Analyze work-in-process (WIP) to evaluate program position; oversee and control work to / from the production floor in the way of work order management; set priorities with factory management, product management, and program management to ensure adherence to Master Production Schedule (MPS); facilitate outbound shipments to customers with the logistics team.
• Analyze supportive raw material positions; leverage MRP to determine material requirements; release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain to initiate material replenishment of procured materials.
• Prepare reports and status of manufacturing progress within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) atmosphere.
• Request material from the warehouse to kit to next higher assemblies.
• Release work orders; tracking sub-assemblies and top-level assemblies through multiple production centers on the Goleta campus.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a material control capacity or related role supporting manufacturing operations.

• Excellent Microsoft Excel capabilities creating reports and complex spreadsheets.

• Demonstrated oral & written communication skills to forge teaming relationships and partner with all levels of Operations and Manufacturing stakeholders.

• Requires demonstrated problem solving abilities as well as keen analytical and organizational skills.

• U.S. Citizenship is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Desired Skills:

Prior exposure to SAP or like MRP system.

Prior exposure to a manufacturing or distribution center environment.

Degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management, or Business.

Education: Typically Requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) plus minimum 2 years of prior related experience.

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
