Description:


This position responsible for performing duties related to planning, scheduling, and coordinating of products through the production cycle to minimizing investment and operating expenses while maximizing customer service and manufacturing resources. This role will work closely with both the sales team and production group to ensure delivery goals to the customer are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for MPS that is aligned with sales forecast, inventory targets and available capacity
  • Responsible for MRP creation of Material Orders and Purchase Requisitions plan order in SAP
  • Work with production team and make sure on time delivery goals are established and achieved
  • Work to resolve material shortages, production delays, yield issues and other potential schedule delays
  • Work closely with Sales, FCST, Production and order fulfillment to align weekly build plan and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Provide reports on material planning
  • Coordinate production planning, based on order requirements, following up with the sales, control output plan and communicate with customers on the delivery plan
  • Prepare delivery plan according to production plan, organizing the payment controls according to the delivery/OF plan
  • Organize shipment delivery, create, and maintain sales orders
  • Coordination and controlling stock in Guelph production facility, push sales to sell the stock
  • Communication and coordination with other production teams
  • Conduct other duties as required

Qu
alifications and Experience:
  • Strong understanding of Bill of Material structure
  • Experience in inventory control, work order maintenance and parts allocation
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principals
  • Able to plan and execute decisions and work under tight deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter, problem solver, and work under minimal supervision
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization in both USA and Corporate Head Quarters
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key external stakeholders, and customers
  • Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently, with strong attention to detail
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work, drive for performance and improvement
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Office and ERP system and e-mail required
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
