Caterpillar Switchgear Americas (CSA) has an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Coordinator in Alpharetta, GA . This position is ultimately responsible for successful coordination of Product Support activities supporting the Regional Field Service Teams and the Dealer Product Support Center. This position works with cross-functional multi-project team resources between New Sales/Product Support/Aftermarket/Customer Service Center. This position will be under the general supervision of the Product Support Manager.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Manages tool and other equipment calibration for the Regional Field Service Engineering Teams.

• Manages PPE for the Regional Field Service Engineering Teams such that they abide by governing standards.

• Collect, Analyse, and Manage quality feedback from Regional Field Service Engineering Teams.

• Collect, Analyse, and Manage safety related feedback from Regional Field Service Engineering Teams.

• Monitor and manage project related material and documentation to be returned from the field.

• Support scheduling needs for the Regional Field Service Teams and the Dealer Product Support Center.

• Assist the Dealer Product Support Center help desk to resolve customer issues.

• Position requires working in an office environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3-5 years related experience

• Computer proficient including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe PDF.

• Knowledge of Power Distribution and Switchgear preferred.

• AC/DC Schematic and wiring diagram interpretation skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent business and commercial skills.

• Advanced organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
