Job Overview
The Product Supply Innovation Lifecycle Planner role will coordinate with internal teams and external Bottlers to develop plans for production launches and lifecycle management. After a new product idea is passed by CCCI’s Product Portfolio Management group, but before a product is ready for launch, there are many steps that should be followed to ensure a successful internal as well as external launch. The role of the Product Supply Innovation Lifecycle Planner begins with a new product idea and continues throughout the development of the new product all the way to its commercialization by coordinating with Marketing, Engineering, Master Data, Product Supply Planning, and Contract Bottler Sales, with a concentration on Product Supply and Contract Bottler Sales. The Product Supply Innovation Lifecycle Planner will support the Innovation and Lifecycle Manager in tracking and coordinating the progress of not only new product launches but also changes in the CCCI product lineup (deletions or expansions). In order to fulfill the role well, the Innovation and Lifecycle Planner must be an excellent communicator, possess great analytical skills, have business acumen, and truly be invested in the success of the new product process. The role requires outstanding collaboration and influencing skills both within the company and to external partners.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for tracking New Item Commercialization and Product Lineup changes
- Support product supply planning to ensure timelines are met to meet the in-market date
- Track stages and gate process for new item commercialization
- Assist with information flow between CCCI groups. These groups include in-market dates, master data set up completion, and the first date of inventory
- Raise awareness when timelines are not met that will impact the in-market date
- Identify and communicate product lineup changes
- Understand and propose exit strategies to CCCI leaders on deletions in the product lineup
- Identify product lineup changes and downstream impact to Contract Bottler sales
- Support Innovation team and Product supply team in Promotional copy innovation for Product Supply planning
- Support and lead meetings for product supply planning, regarding these changes and total portfolio analysis
- Assist in organizing, informing time, and availability of new products
- Communicate with CCCI Marketing on new items and support Product Supply and Contract Bottler sales representation in CCCI Product Portfolio Management team
- Update and maintain CCCI Product Supply Chain Planning systems related product management
- Determine the optimal sourcing solution for new innovations and existing SKUs, based on plant capabilities, capacity, dating, and costs
- Build detailed sourcing models focused on driving efficiencies, improving service, and reducing costs

- The Product Supply Innovation Lifecycle Planner must be able to conceptualize abstract aspects of inventory management and production planning
- This role coordinates multi-facets of sourcing planning to support new item SKU launches, strategic collaboration with high profile chains sales initiatives, and drives optimal sourcing to support our internal and external partners' deployment execution strategies

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Education or work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Finance
