Tire Rack is searching for an experienced Product Returns Specialist to join our growing team! The Product Returns specialist's primary responsibility is to work towards an expedited resolution to all product claims on behalf of Tire Rack and customers, respectively. The Product Returns Specialist must be research-oriented, detail-oriented, and driven to procure the maximum possible payout for new and warranty-related issues from the manufacturer. The Product Returns Specialist must be mindful of time-sensitive information that requires submission at distinct intervals during the returns process; therefore, he/she will have exceptional time-management and organization skills with an ability to work independently on multiple projects at once.

Hourly, Non-exempt

Essential Functions:

• Provides product support to Adjustment & Customer Care Teams.

• Works directly with Adjustment Teams to ensure that warranty work is correctly identified, communicated, and reconciled in a reasonable timeframe.

• Reviews all Product claims & disputes rejected claims.

• Submits approved claims to accounting for processing.

Desired Competencies:

• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Prior experience processing Product Returns claims, not necessary but a Plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team

• Experience with AS400 is a plus
