The Business Intelligence & Data Operations Product Manager will focus on providing quality data & reporting solutions to our business units. You will work hand in hand with Accounting, Information Technology, Planning, and the Analytics team. This involves (a) prioritizing our reporting and data work pipeline and backlog (b) collaborating with business partners regarding issues and enhancements, (c) gathering requirements, scoping projects, and creating POC reporting when applicable, (d) identifying and understanding existing systems of record, (e) creating flow diagrams, mapping, documenting data movement between systems (f) testing changes and (g) ensuring smooth daily operation and accurate KPIs.

Job Duties:

  • Liaise with business unit leaders and functional analysts to understand the strategy and KPI's of their teams and drive the requirements for developers and analytics
  • Maintain, enhance, and own the daily flow of data from source systems of record into the data warehouse and BI environment. Identifying, understanding, and addressing source system data issues is common troubleshooting aspect of this work.
  • Leverage data analytics and internal tools to create new dashboards, reports, and any fulfill ad-hoc data requests
  • Own the business intelligence & reporting work pipeline, backlog, and go-forward roadmap

Qualifications:

  • Experience in identifying business objectives, articulating what KPIs and success means, and rallying a team to turn that vision into a reality
  • Experience in Retail, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, and accounting data
  • Proven ability to express complex operational and technical concepts in business terms
  • Deep analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills are required
  • Experience creating functional and technical specification documents
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting Tools
  • ERP experience is a bonus

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Ideal candidate must have strong quantitative, analytical/logical, leadership, and good oral/written communication skills.
