WHAT YOU’LL DO
Responsible for supporting the Product Development team by helping to plan and execute a large volume of projects, delegating tasks, creating and managing timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders have everything they need to produce their best work. You will report directly to the Product Development Manager, becoming a key part of a high performance and critical team at ProCaps.
Will work closely with the Product Development Manager and the rest of the Product Development team, as well as coordinating with a number of internal stakeholders. The Product Development Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating incoming creative projects, strategically allocating tasks, effectively being a cross-functional liaison between multiple departments and their leaders, and contributing to the Company’s overall focus on delivering Unsurpassed Purity, Quality & Integrity in our products, and our unwavering commitment to our customers and the environment.
OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Self-starter and independent worker who is equally comfortable thinking at a conceptual, strategic level and diving into the details of day-to-day execution and management.
• Experience in establishing processes and protocols to record, track and manage all aspects of all projects
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, and reasonably related to the position.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Ideally 5+ years of project management and coordination experience in fast-paced environments. Preference is given to those with experience in Nutritional Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or health-focused products or services.
• Proven track record of success with impeccable references.
• Work directly with a team of project owners to drive consistency, optimize output, and enhance the efficiency of the art-through-production lifecycle for 200+ wellness products.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary, fast-paced projects and timelines while supporting tasks from the team to achieve high quality work.
• Define a set of tools and SOPs that improve the overall creative/production process that can be integrated with the internal database/tracking systems across various departments.
• Cross-functional communicator and main point of contact among research, science, product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, packaging, and product administration departments.
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic-to-strong proofreading skills and a detail-oriented eye for checking designs
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously
