Product Dependency Management Analyst - Fulfillment and Archive Services
Job description
The role manages the Dependency Management/ central intake function for the CCB Fulfillment and Archives Services. The Fulfillment and Archive Services is a Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) product group responsible for the firm's digital document archives and creation of letters and statements. As a Dependency Management Analyst, you will continuously improve the intake process, adapting the process to align to CCB agility standards, managing the flow of Jira dependency sub-tasks through the intake process and creating management reporting to provide transparency into the status of work requests by CCB planning horizon taxonomy. Fulfillment and Archive Services (FAS) is one of the largest products within CCB and, on average, receives 800 individual DST requests through the Jira tool each year from other CCB products or Non-CCB lines of business requesting support from FAS.
Job responsibilities
- Define, maintain and continuously improve Dependency Management processes and procedures.
- Responsible for training and coaching product team members on dependency management procedures and processes.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Fulfillment and Archives Services product as it relates to intake and dependency management and related tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Establish and maintain working relationships with the Intake Leads for the other CCB products as well as the non-CCB program team.
- Manage the day-to-day processing of new dependency sub-tasks and facilitate weekly triage and prioritization meeting.
- Partners with manager and Product Owner to define meaningful metrics related to Dependency Management activities.
- Responsible for gathering relevant data, then analyzing and reporting the data in a meaningful manner to support management decisions around ability to commit to work requests; in addition to reviewing scope and obtain high level estimates
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Agile/Scrum certifications a plus
- Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams
- Knowledge of Agile processes and principles and tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Waterfall execution strategies
- Understanding of demand management concepts, agile estimating and prioritization methodologies
- Ability to manage/prioritize a backlog
- Ability to translate data into reporting and presentations suitable for senior leadership

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational, time and project management skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage continuously shifting business priorities
