The Grand Junction Greenery is one of ten companies that was granted a license to open a dispensary in Grand Junction, and we’re thrilled to become a part of this booming community! However, we’re no strangers to the area: the Durango Greenery was the first recreational-only dispensary to open in the southwest of Colorado, and we’ve been in business for eight years. We were born on the Western Slope, so this is our home, and we’re thrilled to be able to give back to the community by providing good jobs for locals. A MED badge is required to apply, and no experience is necessary for this position, but customer service and management experience is a plus. The Processing Manager will be responsible for the pre-weighing of pre-packaged flower, creating a pre-weigh schedule for the staff, managing flower inventory, and for backup customer service duties. You must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift 50lbs. This is a fulltime position with a set schedule.

The starting pay for this position is $17-$21 DOE plus tips and an HRA after 90 days; this position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
