The Headlines:
In the role of Process Lead- Combustion Engineer working at the Rocky Mountain Bottle Company in Wheat Ridge, Working alongside the Line Lead, Maintenance Lead, the Process Lead has shared responsibility for the performance of an area, working in close collaboration with Operations.
This position reports to the BF- Line Lead.
The Responsibilities:

Develop the operating teams’ capability and technical understanding and mastery of process
control through data collection and loss analysis

You are the Centerline DMS, Changeover DMS owner for the line(s) and facilitates Line Loss Analysis through the detailed use of Loss Trees in their area of responsibility

Responsible for directing the work of hourly employees within their assigned production area
The Other Qualifications:

Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment

You are preferred to have a bachelor’s degree in Ceramic, Chemical, Materials Science or related Engineering field
You must have 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility or related field
