Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented PMO Support Analyst

Location: Remote (U.S. based only – see Note 3)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
U.S. Citizenship and a Secret Clearance Required.
- Manage scope of work, work assignments and evaluation criteria
- Support identifying staffing needs, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews for PMO.
- Provide ongoing PMO support (financial, contractual, and operational)
- Help with personnel management (training, compliance, certifications tracking)
- Provide operational and financial support for Navy IBM contracts.

Required Skills and Experience
Three (3) years or more of technical experience in task management of Information Technology projects (i.e., contracts, facility security, financial analysis).- Requires knowledge of available hardware, related system software, system integration techniques, network management, and project management practices. Demonstrates ability to work independently or under general direction. Must be able to effectively employ contemporary project management tools. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Strong professionalism, interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred)
Professional Certifications
PMP desired
Nice to have Skills/Certifications
Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP preferred
Formal Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Years of Professional Experience
3+ years of working on IT projects.
Security Clearance Requirements
Possess a Secret Clearance or higher.
Citizenship
U.S. Citizenship Required. NOTE: Cannot have dual citizenship.
