At Your Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is seeking a highly confident, well organized, committed to growth Service & Training Manager. Prefer a minimum of 5+ years in plumbing experience and 3+ years in management experience OR an apptitude to learn management skills quickly. Seeking real go getters with a winners attitude. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works closely and communicates with install coordinator and manager, dispatch, and customer service reps for optimal customer experience.
  • Monitors performance of field technicians and advises them on necessary improvements through one-on-ones and riding along to customer jobs. Works with HR in evaluation process, compensation, and related activities.
  • Reviews and approves invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
  • Troubleshoots customer issues and/or complaints.
  • Serves as a technical back-up for field technicians when necessary.
  • Maintains assigned vehicle relative to cleanliness and assessment of hazards/need for repairs.
  • Performs Monthly Tech Ride-a-longs for quality assurance.
  • Participates in operations and leadership meetings. Participates in and contributes to leadership activities; shapes company culture by carrying out values, ethics and integrity.
  • Creates and executes weekly training with technician team.
  • Participates in recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop a proven track record in sales.

Integrates sales strategies and process across technician team.

  • Trains technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Understand sales criteria and holds team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Quick, sound decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate or to quickly learn a variety of communications systems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Service Manager experience:

  • 3+ years in management
  • Punctual and committed to regular attendance
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and plumbing standards
  • Microsoft programs, and modern technology to include iPhones, iPads, Androids, etc.
  • Good physical health with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Be innovative and help to implement systems that benefit the team of employees and At Your Service Plumbing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
