Job description

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for making pizzas according to customer orders, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work area. We are looking for someone who is passionate about pizza-making and can provide excellent customer service. Teamwork is the foundation of our small, family-run operation. The most successful candidates will wear many hats, often at the same time.

Primary Responsibilities:

• *Applicants with a valid NYS Driver's License & reliable vechile are immediately moved to the front of the line*
• Prepare pizza dough and sauces according to recipes.
• Prepare vegetables & meats for toppings.
• Assemble pizzas according to customer orders & recipes.
• Monitor oven/fryer temperatures and adjust accordingly.
• Ensure that all food items are stored properly and in accordance with health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist other team members when they're occupied with a guest or other tasks.
• The most ideal candidate will posess a valid NYS drivers license, and will have the ability to take deliveries.
• Answer guest questions via phone or in-person.
• Utilize the POS to properly ring in, send, and cash out orders.
