Berkeley Hall Club is seeking a Pickleball Instructor on a contract basis to perform the Scope of Services listed below.

Scope of Services:

• Provide Pickleball Instruction and services to our members throughout the Pickleball facility.
• Utilize industry knowledge, expertise, and education to create, develop and consistently update pickleball program services and offerings.
• Provide members and guests with timely and efficient service(s).
• Continually inspect pickleball courts for organization and cleanliness.
• Prepare pickleball courts as necessary before lessons and remove/organize pickleball courts after clinics, matches, league play, and private lessons.
• Perform other services as requested by Director of Wellness.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Exceptional Pickleball acumen and great customer service skills.
• Experience working in an upscale fitness center, spa, country club, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Certification/License:

• Certification in First Aid, CPR/AED
• PTR Member
• IPTPA Certification Level 1
• Pickleball rating of 4.0

Pay: Flat rate structure on group clinics and commission structure on all private instruction services.

Schedule: Flexible with hours ranging from 6am to 7pm
