AdventHealth is seeking Physician Assistants to join our new direct primary care service, Primary Care+. We are seeking providers who have a passion for caring for the whole family, have an interest in technology, enjoy working in a team-based practice, and share a desire to extend exceptional whole person care across our community
Primary Care+ is a built on a promise of convenience, responsiveness, and exceptional care personalized to the needs of the patient. Patients benefit from 7 day a week access, with the practice being open 12 hours each weekday and from 8am-2pm on weekends. Patients also have access to 24/7 text messaging via the AdventHealth app, access to nutritional and mental health counseling and concierge services. We also offer virtual visits, which providers cover while on shift, and are supported by another team that is available 24/7.
The opportunity includes competitive compensation, productivity-based incentives, malpractice coverage, paid days off in addition to 6 major paid holidays, CME allowance, health, life and disability insurance for the provider and contributions to a 403b retirement plan.
