Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab, Pelvic Floor
Shift: Full time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday with 2 evening shifts per week of 11am-7pm

Experience:
Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting

Education:
1. Graduate of a physical therapy program is required.
2. BS required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current PA Physical Therapy license.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) is required on hire.
3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
